You have found the best photographers for your upcoming family beach portraits!

The only remaining steps are to: 
1) confirm dates for your portrait session and/or "portrait session reveal" (contact us)
2) pay your deposit and/or total invoice (with an online link provided after scheduling), and
3) gather your family for your portrait session and the "portrait reveal session" ! (smile and select your favorite images and art)

    Please read the following information and then fill out the form below to reserve a session date with us! 

    ​We want to thank you for choosing to book a portrait session with Ultimate Production Company (Chris and Rachel Lauen). We strive to provide you with excellent quality images at an affordable rate. If you have any questions during the booking process, please give us a call at (850) 307-8402.

    Please read the following information and then fill out the form below. We will be in contact within 24 hours with a confirmed reservation time for you.

    Deposit: Upon filling out the registration form you agree to pay the session fee as a non-refundable retainer. In the case of inclement weather and the session must be canceled, the session fee will be refunded in full. It is at the photographers discretion whether or not the session will be transferred or canceled due to weather.

    Editing: The photographer will edit small blemishes and lighting but will not edit overly wind blown hair or add sky overlays. Additional editing may be purchased per image. Plan for wind.

    Gallery: The gallery will be available for viewing 24-48 hours after portrait session. We will schedule a time for you to view your gallery and select/download your included images. You will also receive exclusive discounts to our professional lab if you are wanting to purchase prints or wall art.

    Print Release: You will receive a full hi-resolution print release for the images purchased. This will entitle you to make prints at the location of your choice in any size. This does not allow you to edit the photographs or use them commercially.

    Model Release: You hereby grant Ultimate Production Company permission to use any images taken on the session date for advertising and promotion on behalf of Ultimate Production Company. We will not use your images commercially or as stock images.

    Location: Location needs to be confirmed with the photographer prior to your session date. If you are unsure of where to take your photographs, we will suggest a location close to where you are staying. If there is not a close beach access or the beach is very crowded where you are staying, please let us know and we will make prior arrangements but this must be done before the session time begins.

    Please complete the form below to begin the booking process with Ultimate Production Company. Within 24 hours of receiving your form, we will contact you and confirm a session date, time, and location. Once the booking has been confirmed, we will send you a link to pay the deposit/session fee.
